Before we get too deeply into The Art of Dogging, I think it’s a good idea for me to give a little background about sport climbing, especially for my non-climbing readers and listeners. It could feel difficult and tedious to navigate the process and practice of sport climbing and apply that to other challenges in your own life and business if you don’t even know what that looks like. So let’s go to the video tape.
Watch one (or all) of these short climbing videos to get a visual sense of the sorts of things I have been — and will be — describing in The Art of Dogging. What’s fun about these videos is they are all of the routes at my local climbing wall, World Wall I at Little Si, which is located in North Bend, Washington. These are the same routes I train on and project; this is the crag (climbing area) where I hone my skills and found the inspiration for this blog.
