Despite the presence of hard moves, low percentage moves, general challenges and obstacles, repeated attempts, and repeated failures to send your project, keep this in mind: You only have to stick the move once.
It doesn’t matter how sloppy it looks, or how long it took you, or how many tries. It doesn’t matter how hard it is, or that you fell at the same spot 50 times.
It doesn’t matter if you can’t do it tomorrow or ever again.
You just have to stick the move(s) once. The moment that we send our project, we count it as complete and move on to the next project.
When you are in the middle of the project, the process seems worse than it actually is. Probably because you have been working the same moves for months, falling at the same move for weeks, and are beginning to doubt if you will ever be able to send.
To send the most difficult projects that you will ever do in your life you may have to try 100 times, but hopefully this thought will help: You only have to stick the move once.
